The Incident Emergency Fund responds rapidly to urgent cases of digital threats or attacks against human rights defenders, journalists, activists, or organisations. The funding provided can be up to €10,000 and can be used to cover costs, which will directly reduce the risk or impact of a digital attack.

El Fondo de Emergencia ante Incidentes es nuestro mecanismo de respuesta rápida para personas defensoras de derechos humanos, periodistas, activistas u organizaciones que enfrentan ataques digitales. La subvención proporcionada puede ser de hasta 10,000.00EUR y se puede utilizar para cubrir gastos que reduzcan de forma directa el riesgo o el impacto de un ataque digital.

Regional Partnership Fund (Asia) 2024

The Digital Defenders Partnership (DDP) is currently soliciting applications for Regional Partnership Fund. Through Regional Partnership Fund, DDP aims to support regional-based organisations who provide services in the sphere of holistic security to regional human rights defenders and organisations under digital threat. The activities of the Regional Partners should be aimed at improving the holistic security of the final beneficiaries, with the maximum grants amount as mentioned in the invitation email, for a period of 1 year (2024-2025).

Sustainable Protection Fund (Asia) 2024

The Digital Defenders Partnership (DDP) is currently soliciting applications from Southeast Asia, South Asia and East Asia regions for Sustainable Protection Fund. The Sustainable Protection Fund (SPF) aims to help human rights organisations or collectives build their long-term digital security capacities. The priority groups for SPF 2024 are human rights lawyer organisations or network, environmental rights defenders organisations or network and Human Rights organisations documenting Human Rights violations or providing support to refugees. The SPF scheme provides grants up to €20,000, and covers activities for a maximum of one year.
